Dear All,
With a delay I’m fulfilling my promise to share some visual memories of our recent trip to Croatia, where we visited longtime friends of ours. We had a great time and can only recommend this destination, to anybody, who is intrigued by beautiful nature and delicious food choices.

Winter offers its visual surprises as well, not dominated by an exuberant variety of colors, but nevertheless very impressive. ‘Ice Paintings’ dominated by colors of the cooler spectrum surprise with an amazingly richness of detail.
Check out these crystals resembling plant structures, Rolf found in our garden, embedded in frozen water.

Dear All,
I’m looking forward to welcome you back and start our Fall Session on Tuesday, Sept. 24
Our main subject throughout the classes is titled “A Walk Through the Body”. It is an imaginative journey, where we will explore the human anatomy, physiology and interconnected systems of our body and how we can improve and strengthen their function, with yoga and the implementation of a short yoga practice into our daily routine.
Happy to share the information with all of you.
Namaste, RoxAnn

Dear All,
I hope you can enjoy the multifaceted offers of springtime and can find many reasons to be happy and content. I’m looking forward to see you all back again next week as our spring session will start.
Namaste, RoxAnn
Dear All,
As I’m looking forward to see you all back this week in class, I also like to share some visual memories, captured by Rolf, from our short trip to the capital.
Namaste,
RoxAnn

Dear All,
A little stroll over the old cemetery of Bethlehem is most rewarding in autumn, when nature reveals its most colorful palette and spoils us with its magic results. It allows us to dive into a unique world of colorful dots, which resembles, but in the end even tops the pointillism paintings of post-impressionism masters like Paul Signac or George Seurat. Find a few examples included, which Rolf took yesterday.
See you all this week in class again.

Dear All,
Today we like to share information about three of our favorite contemporary Musicians / Composers.
Ólafur Arnalds (1986), is an Icelandic Multi-Instrumentalist and producer. He mixes strings and piano with loops and beats, a sound ranging from ambient/electronic to atmospheric pop.
Ludovico Einaudi (1955), is an Italian Pianist and Composer. He is known for his simple but hauntingly beautiful minimalist works for the piano, and stunning film music.
Hania Rani (1990), a Polish Pianist, Composer and Singer. She employs a delicate, vulnerable, and minimalist playing style with modern recording techniques to evoke themes of self, home, and landscape.
Just click on their names and you’ll be linked to YouTube to get a first impression of their work.
Hope you enjoy as much as we do.
Namaste,
RoxAnn and Rolf
