First video and last video are about “Sun Salutation”, first demonstrates Modification with a chair, which makes it easier to approach this challenging flow of asanas. The last one shows the regular version. In the series of “The Five Healing Tibetans”, I explain in steps how to prepare the practice of ‘The Five Healing Tibetans’. I consider the different fitness levels of my audience, which allows you to start in context with your current capability.
The next 19 videos demonstrate different asanas, some of them modified to be done with a chair or a block or along the wall, to cater to the different needs of my students.
