yoga class schedule
Spring Session lasts March 29 to June 9 (No classes on May 3, 4 and 5).
It is a session of 10 Interactive Live Yoga Classes.
This is the closest you can get to a class in person with me in my studio. I see you, you see me, nothing prerecorded, all live. You have a question it gets answered on the spot.

RoxAnn’s LIVE _SCHEDULE on ZOOM is at Pacific Standard Time, (for Eastern Standard Time add 3 hours)
General Yoga Classes (8):
Morning: Tuesday 8am AND 10am
Thursday 8am & 10am
Afternoon: Wednesday 4pm
Evening: Tuesday AND Thursday 6pm
Chair Classes (2):
(60 minutes mainly in the chair with balance work standing)
Toolbox “Meditation and Breathing” (2):
All classes are accessible ten minutes before they start.

Zoom access code will be sent to all students shortly before the Spring session begins or if later registration, after payment. Make-ups honored and pro-rating available.

General Information: Yoga classes open to the public unless otherwise stated.
Beginners always welcomed during a series, all class series are pro-rated for late session enrollment, space providing. Please feel free to call with any questions.
Corporate ZOOM classes available upon request, classes can be formed based upon a minimum of interested students at your specific location.
Private classes also available via ZOOM, as are small group private classes. But by appointment, only.
ZOOM Yoga specials available for parties, gift certificates, special occasions.
