How you start a day, is an essential decision for the amount of energy you provide to your body and brain. Personally, I like the breakfast my partner Rolf prepares for me in the morning.  A quarter cup of a 10 Grain Mixture cooked with water to perfection. Then a little splash of Organic Agave Sirup added and also two table spoons of hemp seeds and two table spoons of sunflower and pumpkin seeds. All this gets centered in a deep dish and decorated with an always changing mixture of fruits and berries, depending on their seasonal availability. Your fantasy is the limit.  I like to add also some almond milk. Prep time about 15 Minutes. Bon Appetit!
