 Yoga Classes, Workshops, and Retreats

Knowing that the practice and implementation of Yoga and Yoga therapy are essential tools to improve our lifestyle, I decided not only to offer therapeutic yoga classes but also developed workshops and retreats. These enable us, due to their format, to dig deeper into a specific problem and therefore are very efficient and beneficial for the participants.

While all my teaching and therapeutic measures aim to be relevant to Body, Mind, and Soul, the focus naturally differs depending on the format of the offer.
