In a yoga retreat, minimum 2-3 days long, a totally balanced approach to satisfy Body, Mind and Soul appears realistic. Similar to a workshop it’s focusing on a core subject, but approaches it from different angles, offers space for individual focus on and personal feedback by the participants and aims to establish throughout its happening a holistic approach, nurturing the various facets of our being. It also aims to initiate the necessary changes, which are relevant to develop a healthy life-style.
