yoga therapy classes
While all my teaching and therapeutic measures aim to be relevant to Body, Mind, and Soul, the focus naturally differs due to the format of the offer. A class (45 – 75 Minutes long) emphasizes on asanas and herewith mainly caters to bodily needs, a few additional elements provide also for mind and soul.
During my ongoing process of learning, experiencing and teaching Yoga, I’ve identified some core health issues/ threats, which seem to play a major role in many people’s life.
– Stress
– Wrong breathing habits
– Postural misalignment
– Difficulty focusing due to the always busy ‘monkey mind’
– Poor nutrition although we assume we eat well
If you would like to find out more about it and are interested in
participating, please check out the individual offers, as well as the chapter about Yoga Etiquette in my classes, which helps to prepare yourself.
– Yoga with the Chair – Yoga as a Solution – Gentle Yoga – Private Yoga Therapy Session

RoxAnn
