Dear All, like to share a light lunch recipe, recently prepared by Rolf. Today I like to share a recipe for an energy refreshing lunch my partner Rolf made for us: Grate 2 apples, 1/4 white cabbage, 1/4 red cabbage and 1/2 celery root (all medium size). Add then juice of 1/4 lemon and a full tablespoon organic mayonnaise and mix all ingredients with a fork. Add a little sea salt and grind and add black pepper to your liking.
