Yoga With A Chair
Are you wondering: “Why do Yoga?” The short answer is that yoga makes you feel better both mentally and physically.
Wondering what the difference is between a Yoga Class and Yoga in the Chair? During this class we will use a chair as a prop to stretch, flex and improve balance.
Research shows that yoga therapy can help manage/control arthritis, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, headaches, heart disease, stress and many other conditions.
It can improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina, concentration and creativity, as well as stimulate the immune system and create a sense of well-being and calm.
