Hi, RoxAnn: It looks like you had another amazing trip, this time to Africa. I really enjoy seeing your husband’s great photos of your travels.
I’m still continuing my aquatic therapy sessions to strengthen my supporting knee muscles and have another evaluation coming up later this week to determine if I need another 10 sessions. Once that’s completed, I hope to return to your yoga studio probably after your current winter session.
