The Daily Asana

Just like to share some pictures my husband Rolf took of some Asanas, which were part of my routine while we were traveling the North. There were plenty of occasions during 3,500 miles on the road and the many miles of walking through towns like Salt Lake City, Moscow (Idaho), Seattle or San Francisco.
Looking forward to see you all back this week.
Namaste,
RoxAnn
Hi RoxAnn, I have been trying to post comments on the websites you sent but having some difficulty getting them to finalize. Not completely sure the messages were not sent. But message that comes up says to “try later” and so I will. In case you see some unfinished stuff from me on the website, please disregard. I am working on it. Thank you. Hope you have a happy birthday. Ann Steindlberger

WOW!!! . . . WOW!!! . . . and amazingly I went on . . . Then, the reality set in as I viewed your poses . . . Yes, faithfully I kept up with the “morning wake-up” practice daily; sometimes more than once, but, I realized that isn’t enough. No matter where and when my yoga instructor, RoxAnn, is . . . “yoga” is deep rooted within her being. And, I thought: “Reflect that thought within yourself!!!”
One of my 2015 goal will be to constantly reflecting on that thought, as I live and practice my yoga. THANK YOU FOR THE INSPIRATION, AS ALWAYS!!!
Your faithful yoga therapy student,

The poses are a labor of love, I am glad you enjoy and are inspired. I am pretty sure, that on your alternate yoga class days, you are probably doing 7 minutes of yoga daily, congratulations! Reflection is always a healthy moment in ones life and should multiple, as it has brought you to a vibrant, living age. Just keep up what you are doing, always learning from life and others. Thank you for being a part of my teaching.
